MUTTON GRAVY.

INGRWDIENTS
mutton1/2 kg
turmeric pwd1/2tsp
chili pwr 2tsp
tomatoes 2
onions 2 no
cinnamon 2no
oil 100 ml
salt to taste
coriander powder 2tes
sompu 1/2tes
cloves 3no
Ginger garlic paste 1 teas
coconut past 5 taps or(1/2)
METHOD.

Heat the pan and put 2 teas oil,heat the oil and put sombu,cloves cinnamon fry and ginger garlic past after a Minuit add
onions fry it golden colour and add the tomatoes after that add mutton fry 1 minute add chili powder and coriander powder and turmaric pwr
then put 100ml water add salt and cook till the meat is done.add the coconut past and kept it 1 Minuit.remove from the fire. sprinkle coriander leaves and curry leaves.
serve it hot with rice ,ideli,dosai,puriand chappathi.
